Refund Policy

We want Baseok to genuinely help you run your business. If it doesn't, you shouldn't pay for it.

30-day money-back guarantee

Every Baseok plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, contact us and we'll refund that payment in full — no lengthy forms, no hard feelings.

How to request a refund

Email hello@baseok.net from your account email within the 30-day window, or use the contact page. Tell us your account email and, optionally, what didn't work for you — feedback helps us improve. We'll confirm and process the refund to your original payment method.

Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

After the first 30 days

Beyond the guarantee window, plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current period, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Founding-member plans

Founding-member subscriptions are covered by the same 30-day guarantee. If you cancel after the window, you keep access until the end of your billing period; restarting later may not restore founding-member pricing if spots are full.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse of the guarantee or breach of our terms of use.
